Principal Brian Givens and Officer Dees talk to an adorable student at Rainbow Elementary. Principal Givens invited us into his school so that we could bring in first responders to talk to and interact with some of the wonderful students in special education classrooms. The students and first responders worked together to prepare noise canceling headphones for our de-escalation kits that we provide free of charge to all first responders that go through our training. It was incredible to watch the police officers, fire medics and paramedics interact with and help the excited students at Rainbow Elementary.
